Our consultancy team has over 30 years of experience and continues to provide high level nonprofit support, marketing and trade expertise. Our team comprises highly skilled experts who have spent a career in delivering creative capacity building, market access support, technical assistance and marketing/trade solutions to include training, market research, financial and business services. The combination of skills has resulted in the formation of a highly capable, highly technical, consulting firm which is linked with a dynamic financial arm, committed to providing effective, hands-on, creative solutions, and consultancy services to the highest standard from conception to execution that is on time and on budget. Our CEO, is well respected throughout the Caribbean and United States and is a Marketing, Business Training and International Trade Specialist with over 30 years’ experience working with Non-Profits and Small Business Development with the Caribbean and in the International marketplace. She was instrumental in designing regional and cluster technical assistance programs designed for rural and non-rural communities and which included emphasis on gender responsive, women in business/gender equality which were effective and results oriented. Cecilia’s experience has enabled a working knowledge as result of her extensive work with The Organization of Easter Caribbean States; she has the distinct advantage of having an intimate understanding of the Caribbean environment, the suppliers, their strengths/weaknesses, the impediments, the culture and capabilities. Her hands on approach, passion, experience and command of regional marketing issues positions her well to work with Regional Governments, Development Banks, Development Agencies, Business Support Organizations, and Private Sector Enterprises and Non- Profits. Cecilia has held management positions in Non-Profit Administration, Small Business Development, Buying and Procurement, Banking, Sales and Marketing, Market Access, Small Business Development, Trade Development to include cluster initiatives, Business Management, Project Management, Training, Grant Writing, Development, Event Management, Strategic Planning, Conference planning and Financial Management.
